Colin Cassidy is the general manager for the banking and fintech business at Microsoft.  Mr. Cassidy has overall responsibility for Microsoft’s commercial sales and services across a portfolio of US banks including commercial, investment, savings, credit unions and fintech’s.  Having joined Microsoft in 1998, Mr. Cassidy has held a variety of roles across sales, services, operations and partnerships within the US and Europe. 

Mr. Cassidy is passionate about helping customers transform their businesses with Microsoft’s cloud, AI and security solutions business.  He believes that technology can empower financial institutions to deliver better customer experience, improve efficiency and drive innovation.  He also advocates for diversity and inclusion in the industry, as well as social responsibility and sustainability.

Mark is the director of product management at Alkami Technology, Inc., where he is responsible for strategic product management of the insights and data visualizations solutions.

For 18 years prior to joining Alkami, Mr. Leher operated a business focused on taxonomy, metadata and data classification. His leadership and expertise drove transformation for hundreds of companies to develop and execute strategies to use data foundationally inside of their organizations’ ecosystems.

Mac Thompson is founder and president of White Clay. Mr. Thompson has more than 30 years of banking experience including leadership roles with Bank of America and Chase where he designed sales processes, created profitability platforms and ran consumer analytics and strategy. Mr. Thompson founded White Clay in 2006 to provide regional and community banks with many of the same banking tools which weren’t available to all but the largest banks.

Kiah Lau Haslett is the Banking & Fintech Editor for Bank Director. Kiah is responsible for editing web content and works with other members of the editorial team to produce articles featured online and published in the magazine. Her areas of focus include bank accounting policy, operations, strategy, and trends in mergers and acquisitions.
