Nicole Lorch is the president and COO at First Internet Bank. She joined First Internet Bank in February 1999 from the fintech industry. She represents the views of First Internet Bank as a member of the community depository institutions advisory council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Input from council members on regional banking conditions helps contribute to the Federal Reserve System’s formulation of national supervisory and monetary policy.
Ms. Lorch serves her community on advisory boards for the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) and the Hamilton County Community Foundation.

David Ness is senior vice president of innovation R&D at U.S. Bank. He leads the fintech partnership and investment practice, tapping into 1000’s of financial technology companies to help power innovation and change throughout the organization. With a passion for solving problems and demystifying fintech he is equal parts banker and entrepreneur with a 100% love for his job.
Having worked in large organizations and startups in the EU and the US for over 20 years, Mr. Ness knows how to bring innovation into corporations, quickly and effectively.

Maria Tedesco is president and COO of Atlantic Union Bank and leads all business lines, including consumer and commercial banking, treasury management, mortgage, wealth management, equipment finance, consumer and auto lending and all enterprise-wide support functions including technology, operations, marketing, digital strategy, product management, business line risk and customer experience.
Prior to Atlantic Union Bank, Ms. Tedesco was COO for Retail at BMO Harris Bank.
Ms. Tedesco is the 2024 chair of chamberRVA, serves on board of directors of the Better Housing Coalition, Venture Richmond, Virginia Chamber of Commerce, Richmond Chamber of Commerce, Virginia Bankers Association and Consumer Bankers Association. She serves as a chair of the government relations committee for Virginia Bankers Association and is a member of the government relations committee of the American Banker Association. She is both the finance chair and a member of the DEI committee for the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Tedesco serves on the Virginia Chamber of Commerce executive committee for the Workforce and Education Industry Council.

She oversees the magazine and the editorial team’s efforts on the Bank Director website, newsletter and special projects. She has more than two decades of experience in business journalism and spent 15 years as a newspaper reporter. She has a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Illinois and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
