Jonathan Katz is Head of Partnerships at Amount, Inc. He joined Amount via the acquisition of LinearFT (previously Fundation) in 2016, and as vice president of client development is responsible for cultivating, executing and managing relationships with super regional banks, regional banks, community banks and non-bank financial institutions. Amount enables these clients to rapidly digitize their financial infrastructure and optimize growth opportunities across a broad array of consumer and small business banking products.
Prior to Amount, and its predecessor companies, Mr. Katz spent over 10 years as an equity research analyst and investor at Citadel, Morgan Stanley and BMO Capital Markets. He focused primarily on super-regional, regional and community banks, with a secondary focus on non-bank consumer and marketplace lenders.

Dan O’Malley is the co-founder and CEO of Numerated, the digital LOS for business banking that dramatically reduces work for financial institutions and their customers by using data, and Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing fintech SaaS company. Mr. O’Malley has a unique background in both banking and as an entrepreneur.
Prior to founding Numerated, Mr. O’Malley was chief digital officer of Eastern Bank, the largest mutual bank in the U.S., where he led its fintech incubator and developed Numerated’s initial technology. After growing Eastern’s portfolio 4X into the #1 business lender in Boston, he spun the technology out as an independent company in 2017. Today, Numerated has processed over $50 billion in lending for more than 500,000 businesses across 130 institutions.

Kiah Lau Haslett is the Banking & Fintech Editor for Bank Director. Kiah is responsible for editing web content and works with other members of the editorial team to produce articles featured online and published in the magazine.
