Silvana Hernandez is executive vice president, product and engineering North America for Mastercard Inc. Ms. Hernandez leads the go-to-market strategy and execution in North America for Mastercard’s products and services including digital, installments, open banking, debit, push payments, cross-border payments and bill pay. She joined Mastercard in 2010 and has held various global and regional positions in consulting, product strategy, product management and partner engagement.
Prior to Mastercard, Ms. Hernandez spent close to 10 years in management consulting roles, where she specialized in financial services and telecom verticals.

Derik Sutton is the CMO at Autobooks. He has a track record of helping to build, market and sell products in the financial industry. He joined Autobooks in 2018 as the VP of product and experience.
During his career, Mr. Sutton has helped bring 2 digital banking platforms to market that are now leveraged by over 1,000 financial institutions. He founded Become Labs, a product and design company that focused on fintech companies and financial institutions. During his time there, he helped companies launch new brands and digital products, consulted with financial institutions on their digital strategy and helped financial institutions build new custom online and mobile banking experiences.

Heidi Wicker is a partner at Stinson LLP. Her focus is on banking, financial technology and financial regulatory matters and payments law. Ms. Wicker has represented clients in each segment of the industry for nearly 20 years, covering a broad range of matters, including counseling on structuring products and services in light of emerging federal and state regulatory and legislative developments, negotiating and implementing third party relationships, creation and management of regulatory compliance programs, due diligence for acquisitions and federal and state regulatory enforcement matters.
Ms. Wicker has highly specialized knowledge and extensive legal and regulatory experience advising financial institutions, financial services companies and technology companies with an emphasis on emerging products and services. She represents companies providing online and offline electronic and mobile payment services, national and multinational money service businesses/money transmitters, retailers and e-commerce marketplaces, cryptocurrency exchanges, global banks and payment processors regarding critical legal issues affecting their businesses.

Michelle King is Chief Executive Officer of Bank Director and FinXTech. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategy and financial performance of the company. Michelle joined Bank Director in 2011. She is focused on leading the company’s business development and bank services efforts, this includes efforts to reach senior bank executives and board members along with corporate clients and prospective clients. In addition, she frequently meets with CEOs, chairs of the board, c-level executives and members of the board to provide services and support to these officers and directors. Michelle is a member of the Bank Director board and serves on the Executive Committee.
