Meghan Crawford-Hamlin is the president of the bank division at BHG Financial. Overseeing the sales strategy across bank partnerships and strategic partners, Ms. Crawford-Hamlin leads a national sales team focused on growing premium revenue and enhancing client experience while driving market development.
Since joining BHG in 2015, Ms. Crawford-Hamlin has generated and serviced relationships with tens of hundreds of community banks nationwide and managed the sale of billions in financing of highly-skilled professionals to institutional buyers.
Within the banking industry, Ms. Crawford-Hamlin also serves as a member of various state and national bank associations, including the American Bankers Association and the Independent Community Bankers Association. Ms. Crawford-Hamlin also sits on the board of directors for Pathfinder Bank (NASDAQ: PBHC) and risk advisory firm, Risk Management Solutions Group.

Joshua Jordan is director of digital engagement at Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. He is responsible for fostering partnerships and collaborations with fintechs and articulating the technical and strategic vision of Jack Henry Digital to community financial institutions and the fintech industry. Mr. Jordan has been with Jack Henry since 2015 and has more than 20 years of community and digital banking experience.

Anthony Morris is the chief industry innovation officer at nCino. Mr. Morris leverages 25 years of experience across dozens of regions and solutions and engagements with hundreds of banks to help translate industry needs and trajectory into nCino’s strategic platform vision and roadmap. The goal is to ensure that his insights and ‘pulse’ of the market is reflected in how nCino develops and brings to market practical, innovative and leading edge solutions that enable banks to prudently navigate the world of ongoing tech, compliance and customer demands. Mr. Morris brings an unparalleled view of executive insights, operational realities and practical software considerations in advising customers how best to translate strategy into technical solutions and how to organically evolve their organizations to compete in the current environment.

Lexie Garcia is the Vice President of Business Development at Bank Director. In this role, she provides direct assistance to corporate clients in the accounting, consulting, technology and law industries. In addition, Lexie represents Bank Director onstage while speaking at industry events, moderating panel conversations at Bank Director conferences, and hosting internal virtual events and webinars. Prior to Bank Director, Lexie worked at KeyBank as a Licensed Relationship Manager after completing Key’s Retail Management Associate program. Lexie graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Business.
