Through a 45-minute off-the-record guided peer exchange session during this FinXTech Xchange, bank leaders are empowered to take an honest look at their specific questions, challenges and concerns with providing a great customer experience in today’s digital world.
A full list of discussion topics will be shared with participants ahead of time, but questions include:
- What is your bank doing well with regard to customer experience? How did you get to this point?
- In which area of customer experience does your bank have room to grow? Do you currently have a plan for improvement?
- Have you implemented any technologies to improve your customers’ experience? What provider did you use, and what made you choose this one?
