Health & Safety Statement

Due to recent COVID developments, Bank Director is putting in place safety measures to ensure the well-being of our attendees and their guests. We ask that all attendees be prepared to show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test at the event. If we are forced to make changes in our safety protocols we will notify attendees as quickly as possible, however should something change while we are traveling to or at the event we want everyone to be prepared.

As a reminder, when registering for the conference you acknowledged and accepted the terms and conditions of participation. Bank Director will continue to take direction from the CDC, federal, state and local health officials. Should conditions change we will provide updated guidelines on this page of our website.

The JW Marriott Desert Ridge has numerous outdoor spaces for meetings, receptions and meals which we will be taking advantage of during the conference. In addition, below are the JW Marriott current cleaning practices:

In keeping with Marriott’s Commitment to Clean, the JW Marriott has made several enhancements to their cleaning practices throughout the property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning
Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as additional hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying
Utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants to support already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Housekeeping Services
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while guests are away from the room. If there are any specific housekeeping preferences, please contact guest services at any time.

Room Amenities
Coffee makers are available and sanitized between every guest use and disinfectant wipes will be available in each room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
