Who should attend the Bank Chairman/CEO Peer Exchange?
This event is exclusive to bank CEOs, independent chairmen and lead directors.

Why should I attend the Bank Chairman/CEO Peer Exchange?
The Bank Chairman/CEO Peer Exchange provides an in-depth discussion of critical, and sometimes sensitive, issues.  Participants will have the opportunity to share best practices with their peers, allowing everyone to take away ideas and tools needed to more effectively lead their bank’s board in its oversight responsibilities.

How much does this event cost, and what does the fee cover?
The standard registration rate for an individual is $1,995; however, the rate to register the Chairman/Lead Director and CEO from the same bank is $2,995.  This fee includes all conference activities, materials, meals and beverages at the event site.  This price does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

How can I pay?
Payments are accepted by check, VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress or Discover.  If paying by check, please make payable to DirectorCorps, Inc., include the attendee’s name(s) and/or a copy of the registration form and mail to:

What if I need to cancel my reservation at the conference?
Due to commitments and expenses, all cancelations after February 18, 2016 are subject to a $200 processing fee.  We regret that no refunds will be given after March 10 2016; however, substitute participants are welcomed.  Bank Director assumes no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel or related expenses incurred by registrants.

Can I bring a guest?
Yes, we do have a guest program.  The guest fee is $150 and includes all evening cocktail receptions, breakfast on Thursday and Friday, and lunch on Thursday during the event.  Guests can not attend sessions.  If a guest would like to attend sessions, they must register as an attendee.  To register guests, attendees should enter that information when completing their registration form or by calling (877) 397-7595 if they are already registered and need to add a guest.
