Luigi De Ghenghi is a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.  His practice focuses on bank M&A, strategic bank regulatory and financial reform advice and capital markets transactions for U.S. and non-U.S. banks and other financial institutions.  He advises on Basel III regulatory capital and liquidity issues, living wills, enhanced prudential standards and a wide variety of financial regulatory matters.  Mr. De Ghenghi advises U.S. and non-U.S. banks and other financial institutions on corporate governance and compliance matters, bank insolvency issues, government investigations and enforcement actions, cross-border collateral transactions and clearance and settlement systems.

Gabe Nachand is a partner at Moss Adams LLP.  He joined Moss Adams in 1995 and has been in this role since 2005.

Mr. Nachand’s client base consists exclusively of financial services companies, many with complex accounting and auditing issues. 

His areas of expertise include enterprise risk management implementation and evaluation; technical accounting matters such as acquisition accounting, stock-based compensation, mortgage operations (servicing, hedging and related derivatives) and fair value considerations; customer profitability; due diligence engagements; credit review and allowance methodologies; and SEC financial reporting (periodic reporting and registration statements).

Tommy Nicholas is the CEO at Alloy.  Mr. Nicholas began his career as a software developer.  He met his co-founder Laura Spiekerman and Charles Hearn when the three were working at a payments startup, where the three of them recognized the need for a better tool to connect banks and fintech companies to sources of KYC, AML and other compliance data.  Together, they co-founded Alloy, and today nearly 500 banks and fintechs turn to Alloy to take control of fraud, credit and compliance risk and grow with the clearest picture of their customers.
