Lisa Grennon is a managing director in global corporate and investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She advises on corporate finance, capital markets, credit, risk management, global treasury solutions, ESG and more. Ms. Grennon joined Merrill Lynch in 1992 in municipal markets where she advised on portfolio composition for investors. In 2000, she moved to institutional sales focusing on Merrill Lynch’s e-commerce strategy. She joined the investment grade syndicate desk in 2003 where she assumed responsibility for emerging markets and preferred stock underwriting. Ms. Grennon headed the preferred stock business along with unsecured real estate financing for Bank of America until 2019 when she joined corporate banking.
Ms. Grennon is a member of Bank of America’s Women’s leadership council. She was an original co-chair for the WLC Power of 10 group that develops high potential female VP and directors. She is on the board of trustees, vice chair and treasurer of the Summit Area YMCA.

Clayton Legear is president and CEO of Merchants & Marine Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Legear’s tenure at MNMB includes varied experiences ranging from compliance manager to CEO, a post he took in mid-2019. These experiences, in addition to his service as an FDIC examiner and deposit insurance claims specialist prior to joining MNMB, have produced his unique and holistic view of community banking. Mr. Legear has led the creation of MNMB’s “Family of Community Banking Brands,” as well as the company’s efforts to grow and diversify organically and through acquisition.
