Keith Cleary is director of business banking at ESL Federal Credit Union, where he joined in 2014. Mr. Cleary brings over 30 years of experience in consumer and commercial banking, and is responsible for the strategic direction of ESL’s commercial and business banking segment. ESL launched business banking in 2010 and has grown to 30 employees, almost $1 billion in commitments and over $700 million in loan balances, $500 million in deposit balances and serving more than 14,000 business customers. Since making their first SBA loan in 2013, ESL has processed 567 SBA loans totaling more than $55 million.

Andy Powell is executive vice president and chief lending officer of Republic Bank & Trust Company. Mr. Powell works collectively to oversee strategic direction and growth of the organization, while maintaining appropriate level of internal control and discipline.

Mr. Powell is responsible for commercial, consumer and specialty lending for the bank. These responsibilities include the overall credit quality for the bank specifically as it relates to oversight of all sales, credit and operations for commercial and consumer lending. Mr. Powell is responsible for the overall oversight of treasury management as well as aircraft, marine and other specialty finance lending. He oversees the special assets and retail collections group, and serves on the asset liability committee, chair of the senior and executive loan committees, as well as additional committees as assigned.

Bryan Peckinpaugh is senior vice president of key accounts at Baker Hill Solutions, LLC. He has spent his entire career working in the financial services industry and the last 10+ years focused on business transformation. Mr. Peckinpaugh helps financial institutions increase revenues, reduce costs and meet compliance requirements through process automation solutions.
