With over six years at the bank, he has completed transactions exceeding $500 million. Mr. Casserly strategically manages the bank’s concentration limits by working with over 200 banks nationwide to buy and sell loan participations and syndications. Currently, he oversees a $400-500 million funding pipeline for 2024, focusing on renewable energy projects that leverage tax credits, depreciation, and cash flow. Additionally, Mr. Casserly actively seeks and evaluates value-add opportunities in renewable energy and CRE loan portfolios.
