Todd Carpenter is SVP of business development at NFP. He has over 25 years of experience working with companies on the design, implementation, and administration of executive benefit plans. He has consulted with hundreds of companies on executive benefits, specifically nonqualified deferred compensation plans (NQDC) in many different sectors. Mr. Carpenter has consulted across numerous sectors including energy, manufacturing, not-for-profits, professional firms, and healthcare with a specific focus on banking. As the leader of NFP’s design and consulting team for the banking practice for 20 years, Mr. Carpenter has overseen the implementation of thousands of executive benefit plans for NFP’s 1,300+ bank clients.
With an innate desire to help others, Mr. Carpenter directs his passion into providing clients with retirement completion, benefits equalization, and long-term executive incentivization strategies. His specific areas of expertise include Section 409A, 457f, 457b, SERPs, executive disability, and split-dollar plans.
