Lyle Alexander is a partner at FORVIS.  He is a member of the financial services practice and is the regional financial services leader.  He also serves on FORVIS’ financial services committee providing leadership and guidance to the firm’s financial services practice.  He is responsible for providing accounting, audit and consulting services for clients in the financial services industry throughout his region and across the firm.  Mr. Alexander has provided business and accounting services for more than 25 years to financial institutions ranging from de novo to more than $20 billion in assets.  He has extensive experience with SEC filings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and integrated audits, and has assisted clients with internal audit outsourcing, enterprise risk management and private placement offerings as well as board and audit committee training sessions designed to educate directors on their fiduciary responsibilities.

Ashley Ensley is a partner at FORVIS.  She has extensive experience serving large SEC financial institutions, as well as community banks, investment funds and fintech companies.  She serves as the engagement partner for numerous public and private financial institutions that require an audit opinion on internal controls over financial reporting.  She works primarily in financial statement audits, internal control evaluation and SOX/FDICIA compliance.  Ms. Ensley has also assisted clients through multiple merger transactions.  In addition to external audit services, she advises clients on new accounting standard implementation, compliance with SEC and FDIC accounting and reporting rules, SOX 404, internal audit and mutual to stock conversions.  Ms. Ensley is a frequent speaker at state banking association events on technical accounting topics.
