Duane Brobst is a senior consultant at Ardmore Banking Advisors, Inc.  He joined in 2023, with over 35 years of experience serving as senior EVP and chief credit officer for a large community bank headquartered in Southeastern PA.  Mr. Brobst was responsible for the overall credit risk management program for all loan portfolios.  He coordinated the loan portfolio reporting to the bank’s board of directors and regulatory agencies and managed due diligences on several acquisitions.  Previously, Mr. Brobst operated as the chief risk officer for the bank.

John Reber is executive vice president and chief risk management officer at Citizens & Northern Bank, headquartered in Wellsboro, PA.  In his current role, Mr. Reber manages the bank’s ERM program and oversees regulatory compliance, BSA/AML, information security and appraisal.  Over his 30 plus year career in banking, Mr. Reber has held various positions in risk management, credit administration and lending.  He has personally led and participated in several due diligences, including those on loan portfolios.

Todd Sardich is the senior vice president of risk management and senior director of consulting at Ardmore Banking Advisors, Inc.  He leads Ardmore’s credit risk consulting practice and is a seasoned senior banking professional with experience in commercial credit underwriting, credit risk management, credit policy and administration, loan review, problem loan management, and asset quality and concentration reporting and analysis.  Mr. Sardich has been with Ardmore since 2013.

Mr. Sardich previously served as corporate vice president of Credit Administration and senior credit risk officer for a $3 billion bank with offices in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana.  Mr. Sardich has extensive experience in due diligence, ALLL methodology, impaired loans, credit risk management, lending, and regulatory compliance.

Steve Peck currently serves as the chief operating officer and senior director of development at Ardmore Banking Advisors, Inc.  He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry as a banker and a consultant.  Mr. Peck has been with Ardmore since 2021.

​Most recently, Mr. Peck has managed risk management consulting practices for prominent national firms that are focused on providing enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, loan review and internal audit services to financial institutions.  His consulting experience includes working with community banks, credit unions and global banking institutions across a range of sizes and complexities.  Mr. Peck’s focus in these roles has been to assist clients with achieving their risk management objectives.

Early in his career, Mr. Peck served as a commercial lender for two large regional banks based in Philadelphia, PA and Miami, FL.
