How One Woman Inspires Others

Women are still underrepresented in the senior management ranks of many U.S. banks, and other women are quick to notice – and celebrate – when one of their own is elevated to a top position. A perfect example of this dynamic is Maria Tedesco, the president of $19.9 billion Atlantic Union Bankshares in Richmond, Virginia.
