Director Certification Workshop

Bank Director’s Certification Program includes two courses, the Director Certification Workshop is Course II of the program curriculum. The program provides participants with a thorough grounding in corporate governance, leadership skills, management best practices and financial strategies that strengthen and enhance overall performance.

Workshop Sessions Include:

• Governance Review
• Cybersecurity Tabletop Exercise
• Setting Your Bank’s Risk Appetite
• Financial Strategy & Metrics
• Skills Metrics: Aligning Bank Board & Executive Leadership for the Future

Upon completion of the Director Certification Workshop, participants continue their learning at Bank Director’s Bank Board Forum the following day. Attending designated, in-person sessions of the Bank Board Forum are required to complete the certification program.

Please note: Participants looking to attend this workshop must first complete the Corporate Governance Workshop, Course I of the program, either in person or virtually. Enroll today!
