Jorge Esteban is vice president over the southeast region of community financial institutions at Visa. In this role, Mr. Esteban leads client engagement teams across more than 1,000 community bank and credit union customers in the region’s 7 states and is responsible for portfolio performance within the segment.
Mr. Esteban previously led commercial issuing relationships across North America, where he directed strategic initiatives related to third-party sponsorship and program management, B2B payments optimization, industry verticals specialization, banking as a service / open banking and core business development expansion, among others.
Prior to joining Visa in 2017, Mr. Esteban worked at American Express in several roles, including leading strategic issuing relationships in the healthcare payments industry and marquee acquiring relationships in the telecommunications industry.

He founded Become Labs, a product and design company that focused on fintech companies and financial institutions. During his time there, he helped companies launch new brands and digital products, consulted with financial institutions on their digital strategy and helped financial institutions build new custom online and mobile banking experiences.

Michelle King is president of Bank Director and FinXTech. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategy and financial performance of the company. Michelle joined Bank Director in 2011. She is focused on leading the company’s business development, bank services efforts, marketing, public relations and branding. This includes efforts to reach senior bank executives and board members along with corporate clients and prospective clients. In addition, she frequently meets with CEOs, chairs of the board, c-level executives and members of the board to provide services and support to these officers and directors. Michelle is a member of the Bank Director board and serves on the Executive Committee.
