Scott Anderson is the head of investment banking at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company.  He has been with the firm since 2000 and prior to his current position, he was co-head of depository investment banking.  Mr. Anderson is a director at KBW and is chairman of the firm’s investment banking executive committee.  KBW’s investment banking team is one of the largest industry efforts on Wall Street and routinely ranks at the top of the advisory and capital-raising league tables.

In addition to his supervisory responsibilities, Mr. Anderson covers depositories for the firm and is responsible for strategic advisory assignments including M&A and capital markets transactions.

Joe Berry is the co-head of investment banking, co-head of fintech and head of depositories investment banking at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company.  Mr. Berry began his career with KBW in the mid-1990s, has served as head of depositories since 2010 and was appointed co-head of investment banking and fintech in 2021.  Mr. Berry is a member of the board of directors of Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. and is a senior member of the firm’s investment banking executive committee.  KBW’s depositories investment banking group is one of the largest on Wall Street and routinely ranks at the top of the advisory and capital-raising league tables.

Mr. Berry has over 25 years of industry and transactional experience including several years as a member of KBW’s bank research team.  In addition to his supervisory responsibilities, he maintains a robust calling effort across the U.S financial services industry with particular emphasis on banking organizations, payments companies and innovative financial technology organizations.  He is responsible for strategic advisory assignments, restructuring and capital raising transactions.

Lynn Harton is president, CEO and chair of United Community Banks, Inc. Headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, United has approximately $26 billion in assets and 210 offices in 6 southeastern states. Matt Kelley is director of research at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, where he joined in 2021 and is responsible for oversight of the firm’s award-winning equity research department.

Prior to joining KBW, Mr. Kelley was a principal and director of research at Sirios Capital Management, where he led firm initiatives including strategic development and thought leadership, and managed the firm’s summer associate and associate analyst programs.

Kevin Riley is president and CEO of First Interstate Bank. Mr. Riley has been a member of the board of directors since September 2015.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Riley served as an executive vice president and the CFO from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Riley leads First Interstate Bank with expertise drawn from more than 33 years of experience in the banking industry. Since January 2019, he has represented the Federal Reserve Bank, Ninth District, serving as a member of the Federal Advisory council. Mr. Riley also serves on the Pacific Bankers Management Institute board of directors.

Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Riley was an executive vice president and CFO for Berkshire Hills Bancorp in Massachusetts.

Jim Ryan is CEO at Old National Bank. Since joining Old National in 2000, Mr. Ryan has held several leadership positions, including senior executive vice president, CFO, director of corporate development and mortgage banking, integration executive for Old National’s Northern region, treasurer and assistant treasurer.

Prior to joining Old National, Mr. Ryan held senior finance positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Old Kent Financial Corp. He is currently chairman of the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership, vice chairman of the Evansville Regional Business Committee and member of the Southwest Indiana Regional Development Authority. He is a board member for Deaconess Health Systems, Inc., a board member for Golf Gives Back and a member of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Inc.
