Josh Carter is a partner at PwC. Mr. Carter has over 18 years of experience in large scale banking and finance transformation. He is responsible for providing M&A advisory services on over 50 acquisitions and divestitures, including 6 of the largest financial services divestitures since 2014. Mr. Carter led the program offices supporting the two largest bank IPOs in 2014, the divestiture of 200B in financing assets from a major industrial products company, the sale of an advisor network of over 6000 FA’s and the divestiture of a US Retail Life Insurance business.

In addition to helping companies with large and transformative acquisitions or divestitures, Mr. Carter focuses on helping companies design and execute multi-functional transformations driven by the desire to diversify funding, reduce cost, redeploy capital and/or optimize tax and regulatory structures.
