Brett Dooies is associate director of product management at nCino. He has been with the product team for nearly 7 years. His experience spans a variety of roles and responsibilities, including product strategy, roadmap development, feature prioritization and product team leadership. He has helped deliver key features in several of nCino’s core solutions, including commercial, small business and retail banking. In his most recent role as director of productized integrations, Mr. Dooies led product and engineering teams through the ideation, design, development and launch of robust software integrations while navigating complex technology partnerships and vendor relationships.

Siya Vansia is the chief brand and innovation officer at ConnectOne Bank, a $9.6 billion commercial bank serving NY, NJ and South Florida. Ms. Vansia is responsible for the company’s brand, public image and marketing for the bank and its other divisions, in addition to leading their fintech partnerships and innovation strategy. In her time with ConnectOne, the bank has grown from $500MM to nearly $98MM in assets through both organic growth and a number of acquisitions, including one of a fintech, Boefly.

Ms. Vansia currently serves on the American Bankers Association’s innovation committee, communications council and innovation committee and has been featured in American Banker and American Bankers Association Banking Journal for her insights on digital strategy, bank marketing and fintech. She has also been named one of Crain’s Rising Stars in banking.

Mary Wisniewski is an editor-at-large and director of content for Cornerstone Advisors, Inc. She has covered technologies reshaping banking for over 12 years. Her work has appeared in American Banker, The Associated Press, The Los Angeles Times and more. Ms. Wisnewski is a frequent speaker at a variety of leading digital banking events and podcasts, including: Finovate, the Money Experience Summit, Breaking Banks and more. She is also the judge on Fintech Uncut, a weekly Zoom quiz show on the fintech news of the week.

Editor-in-Chief Naomi Snyder is in charge of the editorial coverage at Bank Director. She has more than two decades of experience in business journalism and spent 15 years as a newspaper reporter.
