Mr. Graham began his professional career first as a tackle for the Baltimore Ravens. Shortly after, he began working as a private bank client advisor at the Bank of Oklahoma in 2014. Mr. Graham founded Destiny Wealth in 2018 and pivoted the company to Finotta in 2020 to help banks and credit unions personalize their mobile banking experience to increase engagement, combat larger financial institutions and create new revenue streams. In 2022, Mr. Graham was named “Innovator of the Year” by Pipeline, a network of high-performing entrepreneurs in the Midwest.

In addition to driving CD Valet as the nation’s first transactional marketplace for CDs, her team is also establishing the brand as a leading source of industry data and consumer knowledge on CDs. She has been with CD Valet since its inception in 2023 at Seattle Bank, where she serves as senior vice president, marketing communications and community relations.
Prior to helping launch CD Valet, Ms. Roske led marketing and communications at a wholesale bank, a community bank and a community foundation and built an expertise in creating trusted brands through clear, consistent and compelling marcom programs.
