Musi Qureshi is a partner at PwC in the consulting solutions practice with a focus on digital, customer and fintech topics within the banking sector.  Ms. Qureshi has worked with global, diversified financial services firms as well as regional and super-regional banks in the US.  Her experience spans a range of topics as she assists banking clients on business transformation programs to embrace digital capabilities and to deliver next generation customer experiences.  She has led mission-critical, regulatory programs that yield both compliance and business benefits. 

 

Across retail, small business, commercial and private banking, Ms. Qureshi’s areas of expertise include digital transformation strategy and design, business process re-engineering, operating model enhancements, customer experience design, user experience definition, change management and global cross-functional program management.  She brings insights on new entrants in the fintech space and emerging technologies to financial services firms to assess the impact of disruption and identify opportunities and possible responses from incumbent banks.
