Meghan Crawford is the president of institutional sales at BHG Financial. Overseeing the sales strategy across bank partnerships and strategic partners, Ms. Crawford leads a national sales team focused on growing premium revenue and enhancing client experience while driving sales strategy and market development. Since joining BHG in 2015, Ms. Crawford has generated and serviced relationships with hundreds of community banks nationwide and managed the sale of hundreds of millions in financing of highly-skilled professionals to institutional buyers.

Within the banking industry, Ms. Crawford serves as a member of various state and national bank associations, including the American Bankers Association and the Independent Community Bankers Association. Ms. Crawford sits on the board of directors for Pathfinder Bank and Risk Management Solutions Group.

Heather Eastep is a partner at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP.  Ms. Eastep’s practice focuses on corporate and regulatory representation of small to large regional and national financial institution franchises.  She has counseled institutions on M&A transactions, as well as provided representation on securities offerings, capital planning and corporate restructuring.  She also advises financial institutions and financial service providers on emerging regulatory and compliance issues, mostly recently related to high-risk customers and fintech opportunities.  Ms. Eastep is a member of Women in Housing and Finance, Inc., Virginia Bankers Association and the American Bar Association, Banking Law committee.

David Feaster is director of equity capital markets at Raymond James Financial, Inc. He joined Raymond James in 2008 and currently serves as an analyst covering the banking sector, including the technology-enabled banks. 

Prior to joining the bank team in 2014, Mr. Feaster covered coal miners and oilfield service companies with the energy team in Houston, TX from 2011 – 2014.  He has been a CFA charterholder since 2012.

Michelle King is president of Bank Director and FinXTech. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategy and financial performance of the company. Michelle joined Bank Director in 2011. She is focused on leading the company’s business development, bank services efforts, marketing, public relations and branding. This includes efforts to reach senior bank executives and board members along with corporate clients and prospective clients. In addition, she frequently meets with CEOs, chairs of the board, c-level executives and members of the board to provide services and support to these officers and directors. Michelle is a member of the Bank Director board and serves on the Executive Committee.
