The Arrow is Pointing Up for Large Public Banks

Large banks are on a rising performance curve, based on the results of Bank Director’s 2014 Bank Performance Scorecard, which is a ranking of the 200 largest publicly traded bank holding companies in the United States based on their 2013 financial data. Generally they are more profitable and have higher levels of capital than a year ago, which also means that they are safer.
