Helping Your Successor Be a Success Bob Iger, one of America’s most famous chief executives, has returned to The Walt Disney Co. as its CEO, again. After a CEO succession gone wrong, the company’s board of directors reportedly asked Iger to return in November to lead the company he had departed about a year earlier.
