A minimum stay of three (3) nights is required to book a room within the event block (check-in: January 31, 2026, and check-out: February 3, 2026). The last day to cancel with a refund is January 9, 2026. After this date, the three (3) night stay is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

The Hyatt Place North Scottsdale and Hyatt House North Scottsdale are next to each other and are located 10 minutes (4.5 miles) away from the host venue, and the cost is $313/night for a standard room.

Bank Director is providing a complimentary shuttle running between the JW Marriott Desert Ridge and the Hyatt Place/House North Scottsdale every 15 minutes, morning and evening, during peak event times throughout the conference.
