Who should attend the Chief Executive Exchanges?
The Chief Executive Exchanges were created specifically for bank CEOs.  Participants must currently hold the title of bank CEO to participate in the event.

Why should I attend a Chief Executive Exchange?
Bank Director understands that each bank’s strategy differs – from markets served and geography, to the size and type of each institution, all of these are drivers of a bank’s growth strategy.  So, creating a learning and sharing environment in a closed-door, off-the-record environment allows for real, executable items to be taken away and thoughtfully implemented as banks consider the road ahead and plan for the future.

Each Exchange allows for a maximum attendance of 15 bank CEOs. Participants must currently serve as the bank’s Chief Executive Officer. Members of the Bank Director team and industry experts provide feedback and solutions during the meeting. While topics have been structured to begin conversations, no presentations are conducted and we are not limited to the outline of topics listed in the agendas.

How much does this event cost and what does the fee cover?
Attending the Chief Executive Exchange costs $5,000 and includes all event materials, meals and activities for participants and their adult guest/spouse.  

As a Chief Executive Exchange participant, you have the option of adding your registration to Bank Director’s Acquire or Be Acquired Conference at a discounted rate of $1,500.

All Exchange participants who attend the Acquire or Be Acquired Conference are invited to a kickoff dinner on Saturday, January 25, 2025, and are joined by all who participated in the 2024 events.  In addition, upon registration, all Chief Executive Exchange participants have access to a hotel room at the venue location of the Acquire or Be Acquired Conference during the event dates at the participant’s expense.

Please note the above rates include guest/spouse fees, as well as meals and event activities.  Hotel and travel are at the participant’s expense. Discounted hotel room block rates are available at the Chief Executive Exchange locations.

Can I bring a guest?
Yes, the above rates include your adult guest/spouse.
