As of January 22, 2015, The Hermitage Hotel’s room block is full during the event. The Sheraton Nashille Downtown is in close proximity of the venue. To reserve a room at the Sheraton, please call (888) 627-8565 to make your reservations.
Payments & Cancellation
Conference registration includes admittance to all conference activities and the conference materials. Payment will be accepted by check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Due to commitments and expenses, all cancellations after January 22, 2015 will be subject to a $150 processing fee. We regret that no refunds will be given after February 12, 2015; however, substitute participants are welcomed.
