About The Presenter:

Sal Inserra is a partner at Crowe Horwath LLP. He has nearly 25 years’ experience in accounting consultations and auditing. His experience is derived from his roles in both public accounting as well as industry. Mr. Inserra specializes in working with SEC registered companies and has significant experience in issues related to financial institutions. He has assisted his clients with strategic planning initiatives and stock offerings including registration statements and audit committee education programs.

Mr. Inserra has been an instructor for a number of national and local training seminars on accounting and managerial issues, including the AICPA National Banks and Savings Institutions Conference, regional CFO/Controller Peer Group meetings for financial institutions, as well as conferences for technology companies regarding revenue recognition. He is a member of the AICPA and serves on the association’s Financial Institutions Conference planning committee. Mr. Inserra is the lead financial institution audit partner in Georgia.

Mr. Inserra received his BS degree in business administration and accounting from City University of New York.
