Two Banks Share How C-Level Execs Are Changing Their Approach to Tech

Community banks are increasingly using technology to operate the institution and grow revenue, but those efforts could be hindered without the input of focused C-level executives.

Capital City Bank Group used to make technology decisions by committee. The Tallahassee, Florida-based bank, with $4.5 billion in assets, didn’t have an executive in charge of overseeing technology. In that leadership absence, executives from across the bank discussed technology opportunities and challenges in meetings.
