The Covid-19 pandemic upended many aspects of American life, including how people bank. And while the pandemic continues, fueled by the highly infectious Delta variant, the U.S. economy remains open for business – as do most of the country’s bank branches. But that’s not to say that branch activity has gone back to its pre-pandemic levels.
