Attendees took advantage of a unique networking opportunity the day before the Acquire or Be Acquired conference officially began. Modeled after our annual Bank Chairman/CEO Peer Exchange, small groups of bankers — along with an outside advisor — met in closed-door, off-the-record peer groups for candid discussions centered around acquisition strategies, financial growth opportunities and other initiatives bank boards might consider to expand an institution’s size and customer base.
