New Chairman, Leadership Changes at Bank Director

BRENTWOOD, TENN., October 15, 2014 – DirectorCorps Inc, the parent company of Bank Director magazine and its portfolio of conferences and online services, today named a new leadership team.

The line-up was announced by Bill King, who founded the company in 1990 and has served as chairman since that time. Bank Director’s senior management structure will be led by President Al Dominick, with present CEO Joan Susie moving to chairman of the company. King will remain a director and will head Bank Director’s executive committee. Senior Vice President Mika Moser and Publisher Kelsey Weaver round out the company’s board of directors.

In a memo to employees of the company, Dominick said, “Bank Director has a tradition of strong leadership, and I look forward to following Bill and Joan who, for the past twenty-five years, have built a company whose flagship Bank Director magazine is read by more bank board members than any other publication, and whose seven conferences are attended by more directors than any other organization serving the boards of financial institutions. The past two years have seen the most robust growth in our company’s history, and with several new initiatives coming soon, we are looking forward to an even better 2015.”

Dominick, a graduate of Washington and Lee University with a MBA from University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, joined the company in 2010. His financial and technology background includes positions with Board Member, Inc., Bank Director’s previous parent company which is now part of the New York Stock Exchange, and Computech, a Washington, D.C.-based software consulting firm.
