Troy Bradley is CTO at CSI.  He ensures technology strategy aligns with the needs of the business, CSI’s customers and their customers.  Mr. Bradley oversees the company’s network, security and software engineering delivery.  He leverages his 35 years of industry experience to develop services and solutions that community and regional banks need to remain competitive in an evolving market.  He is motivated by working with CSI’s deep bench of talent and strongly believes in a servant leadership style, supporting employees’ personal and professional growth. 

Prior to joining CSI, Mr. Bradley was an independent consultant working within the financial services sector and has served in various roles in which he led corporate technology strategy, including corporate vice president and chief information and technology officer at NCR Corporation, executive vice president and global chief technology officer at FIS and CTO at Metavante.  He has experience as a programmer, program manager and systems architect.

Daragh Morrissey is a director of artificial intelligence at Microsoft Worldwide financial services.  His passion is enabling Microsoft customers to innovate through adoption of technology and culture transformation.  He has presented at industry events such as SIBOS, Money 20/20, Singapore FinTech Festival and global Microsoft events (Inspire, Ready, and Envision).  He was awarded a Distinguished Speaker award in 2022 for the Microsoft Redmond Executive Briefing Center and he is a Certified IT architect professional at the International Association of Software Architects (IASA).

Kiah Lau Haslett is the Banking & Fintech Editor for Bank Director. Kiah is responsible for editing web content and works with other members of the editorial team to produce articles featured online and published in the magazine. Her areas of focus include bank accounting policy, operations, strategy, and trends in mergers and acquisitions.
