Kevin Bannerton is executive vice president and chief product officer at R&T Deposit Solutions. He is responsible for the strategic direction, development and financial performance of the firm’s product portfolio. Previously responsible for Total Bank Solutions’ sales, marketing and finance areas, he is instrumental in building the firm’s strategy to provide platform-based technology solutions for banks and wealth managers.
Mr. Bannerton served as managing director and head of the America’s liquidity management business for Deutsche Bank where he oversaw the sales and distribution efforts for the Insured deposit program, money market mutual funds and cash/short duration fixed income separate accounts. He was also an institutional fixed income product specialist with BlackRock and held senior advisory roles at Merrill Lynch.

Tim Dively is the national digital growth director at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP. He couples his traditional banking experience from the C-Suite with his passion for leveraging data and digital to help his clients and the industry evolve and develop best strategies in the transformed financial services environment and ecosystem.
Prior to joining CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, Mr. Dively was the senior vice president, chief technology and operating officer for a mid-sized community bank in Wisconsin.
Mr. Dively works directly with his clients in performing current state assessments for operations, IT, data, change management, cybersecurity, strategy and digital planning. These assessments help each of his clients recognize their strengths and opportunities while identifying where they might be able to leverage new digital tools such as AI, automation, fintech integration, third party vendors, CX and operational process improvements/efficiencies to meet bank performance goals and improve CX across all channels.

Chris Griffin is the co-founder and co-president of Narmi, a digital banking and account opening software company. Mr. Griffin is a lifelong technologist.
Prior to founding Narmi, Mr. Griffin worked at both small and large financial institutions in roles spanning from teller to delta one equity trader to chief information officer.

Michelle King is president of Bank Director and FinXTech. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategy and financial performance of the company. Michelle joined Bank Director in 2011. She is focused on leading the company’s business development, bank services efforts, marketing, public relations and branding. This includes efforts to reach senior bank executives and board members along with corporate clients and prospective clients. In addition, she frequently meets with CEOs, chairs of the board, c-level executives and members of the board to provide services and support to these officers and directors. Michelle is a member of the Bank Director board and serves on the Executive Committee.
