Dave Foss is the board chair and CEO at Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., a leading provider of computer systems and electronic payment solutions primarily for financial services organizations.

Prior to Jack Henry, Mr. Foss was vice president of professional services and later vice president of operations managing large remittance processing solutions BancTec. He became vice president of sales for community banking at BancTec in 1997. In 1999, he arranged the sale of BancTec’s financial solutions division to Jack Henry and Associates, joining Jack Henry at that time. From 1999 to the inception of ProfitStars in 2003, he served a dual role as president of the open systems group and general manager of the complementary solutions group. He was named president of ProfitStars in 2004, president of Jack Henry in 2014, CEO in 2016 and on July 1, 2021, he was appointed as board chair.

Nathaniel Harley is the Chief Revenue Officer of Alkami, a digital sales and service platform provider for U.S. financial institutions. A veteran financial technology leader, he co-founded MANTL, a leading provider of loan and deposit account opening technology, which has helped clients raise billions of dollars and save hundreds of thousands of hours on account opening. MANTL was acquired by Alkami in 2025 and now operates as an Alkami solution team.

Harley previously founded and invested in multiple other startups across media, finance, and technology. He began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University. He is also an active startup mentor.

Jaime Punishill is chief market officer at nCino, and leads the company’s global marketing organization. An experienced and innovative marketing executive, Mr. Punishill has nearly 3 decades of experience in the technology and financial services sectors.

Mr. Punishill spent 5 years as the CMO at Lionbridge, a leading translation and localization company. During his tenure, he led a global rebrand, centralized Lionbridge’s global marketing function and oversaw brand stewardship, demand generation, product marketing, external and internal communications and voice-of-the-customer and advocacy programs. Prior to Lionbridge, he served as head of brand strategy and digital marketing at TIAA, a top financial services company.

Al Dominick serves on the board of DirectorCorps, Inc. The former CEO of Bank Director | FinXTech, he is a partner at Cornerstone Advisors.

Prior to Cornerstone and Bank Director | FinXTech, he ran the business development efforts for Computech, a Bethesda, Maryland-based information technology firm (now part of NCI — NASDAQ: NCIT). Before that, he worked for Board Member, Inc. in a variety of revenue-generating roles.

A 1999 graduate of Washington & Lee University, where he majored in Politics and was a four-year letterman on the varsity baseball team, he earned an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2007.
