Tom Broughton is president and CEO of ServisFirst Bank. In 1985, Mr. Broughton founded the de novo First Commercial Bank and was named president. When First Commercial Bank was bought by Synovus in 1992, he continued as president and was named CEO of First Commercial Bank. While with Synovus, he served as regional CEO. In 2005, Mr. Broughton founded ServisFirst Bank raising $35 million in capital. Today, he serves as chair of the board, president and CEO. He also founded and organized the formation of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc., the bank holding company that holds ServisFirst Bank as its subsidiary. Mr. Broughton led the ServisFirst Bancshares’ IPO in May 2014. In 2009, American Banker named him “Community Banker of the Year.”

Mr. Findlay joined the company as executive vice president of administration and CFO in September 2000. From March 1995 to September 2000, he served in various capacities with Quality Dining, Inc., a publicly traded restaurant company located in South Bend, Indiana. Mr. Findlay began his career with The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, Illinois, serving in several capacities from September 1984 until March 1995 in the company’s commercial banking department.

He led the bank’s expansion into the Indianapolis market in 2003, and in 2007, he led the bank’s expansion into the Cincinnati/Northern KY market and supervised the bank’s retail brokerage division. Mr. Hillebrand served as executive vice president and director of private banking until 2008. In 2008, he was appointed to the company’s board of directors and named president. In 2018, he became CEO; additionally, in 2021, he assumed the role of chair of the board.
Prior to joining Stock Yards Bank & Trust Co., Mr. Hillebrand was with a regional bank and a community bank, where he specialized in private banking.
