Steve Baker is EVP and chief innovation officer at Regent Bank, where his expertise is pivotal in integrating modern financial technologies with the bank’s longstanding traditions of excellence.  Mr. Baker oversees the bank’s partnerships with fintech companies, ensuring Regent remains at the forefront of digital banking advancements.  He manages the bank’s BSA and compliance departments, treasury services, and digital banking departments, aligning technological innovation with rigorous security and compliance standards including the regulatory compliance of the marketing efforts of the bank.  Mr. Baker is also responsible for the physical security of the bank’s locations, overseeing systems such as alarms and cameras to safeguard the bank’s premises.

 

With Mr. Baker’s leadership in innovation, Regent Bank continues to offer a blend of contemporary banking services and personalized attention, reaffirming its commitment to serving the financial needs of its communities.
