Mr. Oliveri’s prior experience includes developing M&A strategies for numerous fintech companies; advising on sell-side carve-out processes and acquisition strategies; completing due diligence and carve-out assessments for PE firms and target acquisitions; creating transformative global deals for a payments leader; and leading two global integrations totaling over $25M in deal value and $600M in synergies.

Ms. Sheth has assisted clients in deals ranging from $50 million to over $10 billion. She has deep experience in valuing businesses including assets and liabilities, such as core deposit intangible assets, customer relationships, brand names, technology, patents, licenses, non-competes, time deposits, etc.
