Laura Clark is president & CEO of Opportunity Bank of Montana and has demonstrated her commitment to community banking in Montana throughout her entire career.  Her experience spans over 40 years and includes a variety of executive positions with Montana Bancsystem, Bank of Montana System, Security Bank, Bankers Resource Center, First National Bancorp, Bank of Bozeman, and Opportunity Bank of Montana.  

After serving as the senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Bank of Bozeman, Ms. Clark joined Opportunity Bank of Montana in March 2014.  In her role as the president & CEO, Ms. Clark provides leadership for all functional areas of the bank and has overall responsibility for managing and directing the bank towards its objectives, policies, strategic plans, vision, and mission.

Jim House is president & CEO of First US Bank.  He is also president, CEO and vice chairman of First US Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: FUSB).  The bank is a $1.073 billion commercial bank headquartered in Birmingham, AL.

Under Mr. House’s leadership, First US Bank recovered from issues experienced in the great recession resulting in high quality assets, significant loan growth, a relocation of its headquarters to Birmingham and adding the Knoxville, TN and Southwest Virginia markets through the acquisition of The Peoples Bank.

From May 2009 until November 2011, Mr. House served as Florida Division President of BankTrust.  From 2005 until 2009, he was a business consultant to banks and law firms focusing on management, investments and commercial and consumer lending issues.  Prior to that, he held numerous executive and senior management positions with SouthTrust Bank.

Michelle King is president of Bank Director and FinXTech. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategy and financial performance of the company. Michelle joined Bank Director in 2011. She is focused on leading the company’s business development, bank services efforts, marketing, public relations and branding. This includes efforts to reach senior bank executives and board members along with corporate clients and prospective clients. In addition, she frequently meets with CEOs, chairs of the board, c-level executives and members of the board to provide services and support to these officers and directors. Michelle is a member of the Bank Director board and serves on the Executive Committee.
