Clayton Mitchell is a managing principal with Crowe LLP in the risk consulting practice specializing in regulatory compliance consulting services for capital markets as well as financial services in the United Kingdom.  He has nearly 15 years of experience with on-site regulatory compliance engagements, reviews and audits for domestic and international financial institutions and global payment and financial technology companies.

Mr. Mitchell has experience conducting compliance audits and establishing anti-money laundering test plans as a full-time member of an internal audit team at a financial institution.

Abdul Mitha is a partner in the financial institutions group at Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum & Nagelberg LLP, composed of over 30 lawyers dedicated to representing public and private financial institutions, investors in community banks, fintechs and non-bank financial services companies. Mr. Mitha focuses his practice on capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, fintech agreements and partnerships and general corporate matters. He regularly assists his clients navigate evolving regulatory and compliance regimes and develops structural and risk mitigation strategies in connection with the offering of innovative products, including Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platforms.

Derik Sutton is the CMO at Autobooks.  He has a track record of helping to build, market and sell products in the financial industry.  He joined Autobooks in 2018 as the VP of product and experience.

During his career, Mr. Sutton has helped bring 2 digital banking platforms to market that are now leveraged by over 1,000 financial institutions.  He founded Become Labs, a product and design company that focused on fintech companies and financial institutions.  During his time there, he helped companies launch new brands and digital products, consulted with financial institutions on their digital strategy and helped financial institutions build new custom online and mobile banking experiences.

Michelle King is president of Bank Director and FinXTech. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategy and financial performance of the company. Michelle joined Bank Director in 2011. She is focused on leading the company’s business development, bank services efforts, marketing, public relations and branding. This includes efforts to reach senior bank executives and board members along with corporate clients and prospective clients. In addition, she frequently meets with CEOs, chairs of the board, c-level executives and members of the board to provide services and support to these officers and directors. Michelle is a member of the Bank Director board and serves on the Executive Committee.
