Duane Dewey is president and CEO of Trustmark National Bank and Trustmark Corporation. Mr. Dewey joined Trustmark in 2003 as president of wealth management. He brought with him an extensive background in corporate banking, retail banking and community banking. Throughout 2006-2018, he assumed additional management responsibility for the bank’s commercial real estate, institutional banking, corporate banking, treasury management and insurance divisions as well as regional duties in the Houston market and central Mississippi. In 2019, Mr. Dewey was promoted to COO for Trustmark National Bank and assumed additional management oversight of Trustmark’s mortgage division.
In 2020, Mr. Dewey was named president and COO adding new responsibilities of information technology, human resources and marketing. Effective January 1, 2021, Mr. Dewey was named president and CEO for Trustmark National Bank and Trustmark Corporation. He was elected to the board of directors of Trustmark Corporation and Trustmark National Bank in 2020.
