Lyle Alexander is a partner at FORVIS. He is a member of the financial services practice and is the regional financial services leader. He also serves on FORVIS’ financial services committee providing leadership and guidance to the firm’s financial services practice. He is responsible for providing accounting, audit and consulting services for clients in the financial services industry throughout his region and across the firm. Mr. Alexander has provided business and accounting services for more than 25 years to financial institutions ranging from de novo to more than $20 billion in assets. He has extensive experience with SEC filings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and integrated audits, and has assisted clients with internal audit outsourcing, enterprise risk management and private placement offerings as well as board and audit committee training sessions designed to educate directors on their fiduciary responsibilities.

Debbie Scanlon is a partner and the southwest regional industry leader for FORVIS. Ms. Scanlon has more than 31 years of experience providing audit, accounting and consulting services to a variety of financial institutions, collective investment and common trust funds, mutual funds, broker-dealers and investment advisory firms.
In addition to providing audit and attestation services to financial services companies, Ms. Scanlon’s experience includes assistance with mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, regulatory compliance functions, accounting standard implementations, SOX and FDICIA internal control structure designs, implementations and reviews and developing internal audit programs and systems.
Ms. Scanlon serves on the Texas Finance Commission, which is a governor-appointed position, and serves on the AICPA investment companies expert panel.
