Laura Hamilton is a vice president of corporate services at OTC Markets Group Inc.  She is the head of US and international banks.  Ms. Hamilton has advised over 150 community banks that trade on the OTCQX banks market on trading and liquidity in the U.S. equity markets, including many that went public on the market. 

Prior to joining OTC Markets, Ms. Hamilton specialized in corporate development and worked in corporate finance at JP Morgan Chase. 

Ciaran McMullan is the former president and CEO of Suncrest Bank in California prior to its sale in 2022. He led the bank through a period of significant growth from 2013 to 2018 and was one of the fastest growing publicly traded banks in the country. During that period total assets increased by over 800% through a combination of organic growth and the execution of three acquisitions, utilizing both cash and equity, with shares outstanding increasing by 550%.

Mr. McMullan consults with financial technology companies, banks and industry associations advising on topics including market entry strategy, acquisitions, capital raising, business planning, financial technology, decentralized finance and regulatory strategy.

Mr. McMullan’s previous senior roles include CEO of National Australia Bank’s US Regional Bank, senior advisor with Cappello Capital and banking partner with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He recently served on the board of directors of the Greater Sacramento Economic Council and was one of the founders of the regions’ Fintech Consortium.
