Lynda Crouse is a partner at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP.  She assists clients with the design, implementation, and administration of all types of employee and director compensation and benefit arrangements, including employment agreements, incentive plans, equity plans, 401(k) plans, ESOPs, SERPs, and other deferred compensation plans.  Although Ms. Crouse represents all types of public and private companies, much of her practice is within highly regulated industries, including banking and financial services and energy.

Shannon Patterson is counsel at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP.  She is a skilled corporate and securities practitioner who handles corporate governance, public disclosure, and executive compensation matters for U.S. public companies.  She works closely with directors and executive management on a range of corporate and regulatory requirements under federal securities regulations, stock exchange listing rules, and state corporate law.
