Bill Hufnagel is the president and CEO of Dart Bank.

 

Mr. Hufnagel launched his leadership career in 1994 as a regional investment manager for First National Bank of America.  In 1999, he co-founded Providence Mortgage Company as president and CEO.  10 years later, the group joined forces with Summit Community Bank, and later merged with Dart Bank in 2014.  In 2018, Mr. Hufnagel assumed the role of president and CEO.  That same year, he ventured into cannabis banking, recognizing a unique chance to employ his entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in problem solving and risk management to scale the bank and help greater serve the communities he values. 

 

Mr. Hufnagel has been recognized by the Community Bankers of Michigan and was awarded The Best of Community Banking Award for 2021.

Tony Repanich is the president and CEO of Shield Compliance, LLC. Mr. Repanich leads day-to-day operations and serves as the company’s principal product architect. Having served as a senior executive at a Washington state-based community bank for over 20 years, he has in-depth knowledge of the banking industry and banking requirements for high-risk industries. Today he brings that knowledge to financial institutions serving and considering serving the legal cannabis industry.
