Bob Lipstein is director & audit committee chair at Seacoast Banking Corporation. Mr. Lipstein is an independent board member with public and private company experience across a number of industries. He has served on 3 public company boards (Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida, OnFolio Holdings, and Ocwen Financial), 2 private company boards (Firstrust Bank and Infrasight Software) as well as various non-profit boards (Einstein Health Care Network, among others) and advisory boards. His board service includes serving as audit committee chair, and membership on enterprise risk, credit, IT and compensation committees.
Mr. Lipstein has worked in industries including banking, mortgage banking, insurance, investment management, healthcare, information technology, and professional services. He is a CPA and a retired partner of KPMG where he held various global and national leadership roles including global partner in charge of IT business services, national partner in charge of sarbanes oxley services, regional partner in charge of advisory services and others.
