Getting the Next Generation Hooked on Banking

When Katie Lambrecht was an undergraduate in Boston College’s business school, it seemed as though most of her peers were headed for a career in investment banking or auditing with a Big Four accounting firm. But Lambrecht chose a different path, joining Providence, Rhode Island-based Citizens Financial Group in its commercial banker development program in 2014.
