Bigger Banks More Focused on M&A

The number of potential buyers far exceeds the number of banks willing to sell—but bigger banks are much more likely to focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) than small banks. Bank Director’s 2015 Bank M&A Survey, sponsored by Crowe Horwath LLP, queried more than 200 bank directors and senior executives to uncover the opportunities and challenges in today’s deal environment.
